You don't need to own a Twister T4 if you want to use one. With our rental program you can rent the Twister T4 for as long as you need it. On the conservative side the Twister T4 does 4-6lb per hour. Pay for your rental when you pickup your machine.

How does the rental program work?

Use our online booking system to reserve your dates. Once you rental date is confirmed you can visit our Monroe, WA location on the date of your reservation to pick it up at 9am. Our staff will make sure you understand how to run the equipment and get the best results before we send you on your way. Rentals are booked in 24 hour blocks and will be due back at 10am on your return date.

  1. Select your pick up date and return date.
  2. Add to cart and book your dates using our online reservation system, no deposit is needed to reserve. You can pay by Credit/Debit Card or Cash in-store when you pickup.
  3. Visit us on your scheduled pick up date at 9am.
  4. We are just like a typical rental company. Bring a valid ID and Credit/Debit Card.
  5. Our trained staff will review the equipment with you, ensuring best practices and proper operation.
  6. Load up the machine and send you on your way

  9. Super Fast Breakdown. Pressure wash (we will let you borrow one for free). Clean.
  10. Return. Just think you would still be trimming...

All prices are estimated and subject to change until order is confirmed by NWGS LLC. Final cost of rental will be determined upon equipment return.

NWGS Rental Protection Plan

**Ensure your peace of mind with the additional coverage provided by NWGS Rental Protection Plan. Without the RPP, the customer is responsible for 100% of all repair or replacement costs, up to the Manufacturer Suggested List Price (MSLP) of the equipment, plus the rental amounts due during the period that the equipment is being repaired or replaced (downtime costs).

Not Protected: Loss due to intentional misuse of equipment, loss due to theft and loss due to acts of natural disasters.

FREE SHIPPING ON TWISTER MACHINES

All Twister machines ship for free! Most orders placed before 11am PDT will be shipped the same day and on average are delivered in 1-3 business days. The Twister T2 has slightly longer lead time since it ships via freight carrier in a solid wood crate. Machines are very carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. The Twister T4 ships in two boxes standard UPS or FedEX, one box with the upper trimming unit and another box with the lower leaf collector. Once your Twister T4 or T2 arrives you will be up and running in 30 minutes or less!

Shipping Policies

Standard shipping is based on weight for orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping rates for all orders outside the contiguous 48 states are based on package dimensions, weight and destination. All services may not be available in your area. For more information, please read our shipping policy details below.

Standard Service

Orders are shipped according to best available rate and transit time as determined by our computers based on package weight and destination. We use UPS as our primary standard service carrier, but packages may also ship via USPS and/or FedEX. Due to the large size of most filter orders a physical ship to address is needed. No PO Boxes.

3 Day Select Upgrade

Your 3 Day Select rate will be determined during checkout based on package dimensions, weight and destination.

You may upgrade to 3 Day Air Select, a guaranteed service. Your order will be delivered on the 3rd business day after the ship date. Please see chart for delivery days 3 Day Air Select shipments release Monday through Friday. Air services are not available to PO boxes. Hazardous/flammable items are restricted from air shipping methods.

2nd Day Air Upgrade

Your 2nd Day Air rate is determined during checkout based on package dimensions, weight and destination.

You may upgrade UPS 2nd Day Air, a guaranteed service. Your order will be delivered on the 2nd business day after the ship date. Please see chart for delivery days. 2nd Day Air shipments release Monday through Friday. Air services are not available to PO boxes. Hazardous/flammable items are restricted from air shipping methods.

Next Day Air Upgrade

Your Next Day Air rate is determined during checkout based on package dimensions, weight and destination.

You may upgrade to UPS Next Day Air, a guaranteed service. Your order will be delivered on the 1st business day after the ship date. Please see chart for delivery days. Next Day Air shipments release Monday through Friday. Friday shipments will arrive Monday. Air services are not available to PO boxes. Hazardous/flammable items are restricted from air shipping methods.

Oversized Items

Truck Shipments deliver your order to your curb or dock. The charge varies based on distance, weight, bulk, and other factors. A physical address and phone number are required for delivery. The ship costs quoted include lift gate delivery if necessary. Additional charges for delivery to the door or inside the door are not included in the ship costs and will be determined by the shipping company at the time of delivery based on distance and other variables.

International Service

International shipping rates are determined during the checkout process based on package dimensions, weight and destination. In some instances a customer service representative may contact you after the order has been received by our system. Depending on your country you may incur additional fees such as brokerage fees, taxes and duties. Please check with your local government on the possible costs.

Returns and Refunds

How to return an order/item(s)

We will provide you with return instructions. Returns must be post-marked, within 30-Days from the date received and in re-sellable condition.

Exceptions (please contact us if any of the following apply to your return)

  • Order total weight over 150LB are governed by our Large Item Return Policy
  • Commercial Trimmers including but not limited to the Twister T2 and T4, Generators and other large equipment are sold "as-is" and are not eligible for returns.
  • International Orders are governed by our International Return Policy

Once we receive your return, please allow a couple days for us to inspect and process your return. Credit Card and PayPal purchases will be refunded to the account you provided when you placed your order.

Packing and Sending Your Return

When getting your item ready to send back, please make sure that the item meets the following guidelines to expedite the return (and protect it):

  • Make sure the item is in its original box and original packaging
  • The product is securely packaged to avoid damage
  • Include the RMA # that we provided for your return (makes our job easier)

Large Item Return Policy

Due to the expense of shipping large orders, large items are governed by a separate Return Policy. Be sure to carefully inspect all large Item (freight) deliveries for damage before signing the bill of lading as freightliner handling charges cannot be refunded. If items arrive damaged or defective, you must note this on the shipping receipt and refuse delivery to avoid paying actual freight charges. Please notify us of any delivery problems as soon as possible to expedite the refund process.

Please note that you will be responsible for the actual freight costs in the following instances:

  • You miss your delivery appointment
  • You refuse or return a non-damaged, non-defective item

Damaged

First and foremost our sincere apologies as this is not what we want our customers to experience. Within 30 days of the purchase date, we will gladly process an exchange of damaged/non-working merchandise. To return an item; We will provide you with return instructions. Damaged merchandise does not include packaging, during transit packaging may be worn, dented, etc. due to the carriers. If this is the case and the product is in perfect condition a new order or return will not be accepted. If orders ship in packaging other than a chipboard box such as a bucket, etc. a claim will not be allowed as long as the product is usable.

International Returns

International Orders are governed by our Standard Return Policy with the following amendments:

  • International Customers bear full responsibility for insuring return merchandise arrives at our warehouse within 20-days of initiating a return, including all incurred shipping, duty and tax charges
  • Manufacturer warranties sometimes vary in countries other than the United States, please contact the respective Manufacturer to find out whether coverage varies in your country

Do you have restocking fees?

In very rare instances you may have a restocking fee. Typically this doesn't apply to most returns. If your purchase was for a commercial trimming machine and a return is approved there is a 15% re-stock fee.

  • Non-defective merchandise returned in visibly used, or damaged condition
  • Orders "Refused" without authorization
  • Opened original product packaging that isn't defective
  • Returns that were shipped back after 30 days of the date received (Note: unless authorized, late returns will be rejected)

Warranty

Purchases are no longer covered by our Return Policy once the item is used. After this time, products are covered by their respective Manufacturers Warranty.
